Simply place thinly sliced potatoes or other vegetables on the Air Fr and Grill tray, add a little oil, select the Air Fry Function, and soon you’ll be comfortably snacking in front of the TV. And here’s another tip: You can also use the Air Fry and Grill tray to prepare grilled dishes.

Cooking results with the use of our classic heating mode improve when moisture is added. Steam prevents drying, providing that food comes crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. With AutoPilot 15 you can cook your meal to perfection. After placing the dish in the product, set – out of 15 – the appropriate automatic program in the display menu. Just add the weight of the dish and press “Start”. AutoPilot then takes over and determines the cooking mode, temperature and cooking duration. It even switches off the program towards the end of the cooking time. As some dishes with the AutoPilot require the use of ovenware with a lid, the interior walls also stay clean. LED Touch Control in Bosch ovens gives a better overview of all oven functions, which are presented in the easy-to-use display. Heating mode, temperature, duration and all additional functions are set via touch buttons. Thus, knobs belong to the past – all easy to clean.

Now you can bake a batch of goodies, like cookies, on up to three levels simultaneously. The 3D Hotair fan distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the interior. You can also cook two dishes at the same time, in one oven – so you can bake lasagne for tonight and muffins for tomorrow in one go, without mixing flavours.

Cleaning the oven by hand can be both exhausting and time-consuming. Our ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaning let you save yourself this task for good. Remove any loose remnants, select the cleaning program and press “Start”. Your oven is burning away grease or food residues. Thus, no chemicals are needed. Once the oven has cooled down, remove remaining ash and other possible residues – and you’re done. So you can enjoy more time savouring the results and less time cleaning up.

Oven doors are now more convenient than ever: A special damping mechanism prevents oven doors from slamming shut. As you gently push the door shut, it stops just before closing and then shuts itself gently and quietly, thus guaranteeing a long life for both your oven and the oven door.
