Return and refund policy

At Integrity home Solution, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 Returns

 You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at Info.integrity@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Make sure your order number is shared with our customer service team for immediate response.

Our customer service team will get in touch with you and schedule return pick up.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned shipments that do not meet these conditions. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will process a refund to the original payment method within 45 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

 Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

 Damaged or Defective Items

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order for a full refund Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. if the cancellation is made before the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed and shipped, our standard return and refund policy will apply (refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy).

2. How to Cancel an Order

Customers can request order cancellation by contacting our customer support team via [contact information, e.g., email or phone]. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us.
